Dr. Chadwell is committed to creating your beautiful smile by providing the highest quality of care in a fun and energetic environment. His philosophy is to treat each patient with personal attention while providing exceptional service. He is humbled to be in this amazing profession and loves the personal interaction with his patients in addition to seeing the positive change in their lives.
Dr. Chadwell received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
He attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
He continued his education and received his orthodontic specialty training at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
What do you do at the office?
As a clinical coordinator, I have the pleasure of helping each patient achieve their goal of having a beautiful smile. I also love getting to know each patient and hearing about their passions in life.
Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
I am spending time with my husband, family, and our fur babies! I also love reading and cross-stitching.

What do you do at the office?
I am a Practice and Scheduling Coordinator; I also assist our office manager when needed.

My favorite part of my job is being able to help people. Working as a team to help make a difference is the best part!
Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
Outside of work you would find me creating memories with my family. I’m big on fitness, so also working out.

I’m our lead clinical assistant and social media coordinator.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
Building relationships with my patients and seeing their smile transformations. I also love all of my coworkers and genuinely enjoy coming to work every day.
Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
Traveling with Austin, spending time with friends and family, or enjoying our favorite hobbies together. We love the golf course, college football, and discovering new restaurants and coffee shops. We’re always looking for our next adventure!

What do you do at the office?
I greet patients as they arrive and assist with scheduling. I manage phone calls, check emails, and follow up with referrals to schedule consultations. For new patients, I take their x-rays and photos, assist Dr. Chadwell during exams, explain the next steps, review financial details, and handle their scheduling. I also market to local dental offices and collaborate with schools to explore sponsorship opportunities.

What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I love meeting all the new patients for their first time in the office. I love to "break the ice" with them and make them feel comfortable from their first visit. Sometimes they come in nervous and watching them leave happy and excited to join our office is a win in itself. But my favorite part would have to be the amazing team I get to work with daily. There is always laughter in the office. Dr. Chadwell is the best!
Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
I am a mom to 3 amazing children, Jacob, Lillian and Hailey. My time is spent enjoying life with them. We love to be on the go all the time. Our favorite is to be outside, preferable by water. We enjoy hiking, bike riding, camping, church, baseball games and a good family game night. We are always looking for a new adventure!
What do you do at the office?
I verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and orthodontic coverage. I also process payments and set up and manage payment plans and financing.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
The people! I love meeting new people and getting to know our patients and their families. My coworkers have become like family to me, and of course, Dr. Chadwell is the absolute best. I’m thankful to work in a place where I feel appreciated and supported.
Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
Spending time with my family, hanging out with friends, enjoying a Starbucks coffee, or just making memories.

What do you do at the office?
I assist with procedures, take X-rays, and handle adjustment appointments, scans, and sterilization.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
Adjustment appointments! Changing wires, colors, and power chains.

At home, at church, or at coffee shops and the mall.

What do you do at the office?
I have the pleasure of greeting our patients when they come into the office and helping them navigate their treatment through scheduling.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
Seeing all the smiling faces when treatment is over and the braces come off!
Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
Out with my son, taking him to the park or to any fun activities happening around town. My whole family is local, so we spend a lot of time together visiting and exploring Western NC.

What do you do at the office?
I greet patients and bring them back to the clinic for their appointments. I also work in sterilization and help out with other roles around the office whenever I’m needed.

When someone gets their braces off and sees their teeth for the first time, they just can’t stop smiling. It’s so amazing!

At home enjoying my little hobbies or hanging out with my best friend.
