Dr. Chadwell is committed to creating your beautiful smile by providing the highest quality of care in a fun and energetic environment. His philosophy is to treat each patient with personal attention while providing exceptional service. He is humbled to be in this amazing profession and loves the personal interaction with his patients in addition to seeing the positive change in their lives.
Dr. Chadwell received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
He attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
He continued his education and received his orthodontic specialty training at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
What do you do at the office?
As a clinical coordinator, I have the pleasure of helping each patient achieve their goal of having a beautiful smile. I also love getting to know each patient and hearing about their passions in life.
Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
I am spending time with my husband, family, and our fur babies! I also love reading and cross-stitching.

What do you do at the office?
I am a Practice and Scheduling Coordinator; I also assist our office manager when needed.

My favorite part of my job is being able to help people. Working as a team to help make a difference is the best part!
Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
Outside of work you would find me creating memories with my family. I’m big on fitness, so also working out.

Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
I am most likely going to be with my dogs Boone and Indie. Boone is an Australian Shepard and Indie is a Labrador Retriever. I also spend a lot of time with friends and family. I enjoy going to the lake, traveling, shopping, and going to concerts.

What do you do at the office?
I greet patients as they arrive and assist with scheduling. I manage phone calls, check emails, and follow up with referrals to schedule consultations. For new patients, I take their x-rays and photos, assist Dr. Chadwell during exams, explain the next steps, review financial details, and handle their scheduling. I also market to local dental offices and collaborate with schools to explore sponsorship opportunities.

What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I love meeting all the new patients for their first time in the office. I love to "break the ice" with them and make them feel comfortable from their first visit. Sometimes they come in nervous and watching them leave happy and excited to join our office is a win in itself. But my favorite part would have to be the amazing team I get to work with daily. There is always laughter in the office. Dr. Chadwell is the best!
Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
I am a mom to 3 amazing children, Jacob, Lillian and Hailey. My time is spent enjoying life with them. We love to be on the go all the time. Our favorite is to be outside, preferable by water. We enjoy hiking, bike riding, camping, church, baseball games and a good family game night. We are always looking for a new adventure!

What do you do at the office?
I greet patients upon arrival, check them in, and coordinate their next appointments. I also handle payments, answer phone calls, and provide any assistance they need. I help new patients get set up with our Dental Monitoring system and support Katlin with marketing efforts and volunteering activities outside the office.

What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I love the people I work with, we are always joking around and laughing with each other. I also love getting to know each of our patients and watching them grow over the years they are in our office.
Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
I love to spend time with my long-term boyfriend and our mini dachshund, Milo! I enjoy getting lost in a good book and watching movies. If I'm not at home, you can find me at the dog park or Starbucks for coffee and a pup cup!
